"Very busy location. Typical older hotel with renovated rooms. Hair dryer only worked for a short time; called desk, but no action was taken to rectify the problem. Water in shower didn't get warm, even after ten minutes. Buffet breakfast was good; server was excellent. Large parking lot."

"Staff at the front desk were super kind.
Property is clean though aging. Bathroom is dated but the bed and linens were top. Breakfast buffet offering was as expected. There is a pool. Ample free parking.
Driving GPS coordinates on Google maps sent me to a vacant lot in downtown Calgary which was VERY inconvenient. Make sure it's the right location before starting your drive. Also coming from the city, you have to access the property from a side street then an "alley" beside the railroad tracks....
