This two-bedroom home features a queen bed in one room and a twin-over-full bunk in the other—perfect for families or small group of friends. The cozy living area invites you to relax by the gas fireplace while you watch your favorite shows. Whip up meals in the stylish kitchen or take it outside to the back deck, where a gas grill and private hot tub await. In the evenings, gather around the firepit and listen to the calming sounds of nearby Swallow Falls.

Hike to Swallow Falls and the Youghiogheny River directly from the property! Though tucked away for privacy, Recreational Therapy is just a short drive from all the best area attractions. Whether you're seeking rest, adventure, or a bit of both, this is your perfect home base in the mountains.

*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.*
