My experience was impacted by the noise level in the first room I was given.
Unfortunately, my original room was facing the freeway, and the traffic noise was constant throughout the night. The walls also seemed quite thin, so I could hear people in neighboring rooms and hallway activity. As a light sleeper, I didn’t get much—if any—sleep that first night, which made for a rough start to my trip.
On the bright side, the hotel staff were very understanding and accommodating when I brought up the issue. They quickly helped me move to a quieter room on the other side of the building for the remainder of my stay. The new room was much better in terms of noise, and I appreciated the prompt assistance.
Overall, the hotel has potential—clean rooms, courteous staff, and a convenient location—but I would strongly recommend requesting a room away from the freeway when booking. With better soundproofing, this could have been a much more comfortable stay.
