"I booked ahead about a week before my birthday. We bought all of the party supplies and I paid for fully for the hotel prior to my arrival. When we got to the hotel, there was NO ONE working in the office, and the instructions on how to find our room was incorrect, so the it was extremely difficult to find out where our room was. "We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Tulsa and made a great home base for our family while visiting The Gathering Place, downtown Tulsa, and the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve.The kids especially loved the backyard playhouse, and we appreciated having plenty of space to relax after busy days of sightseeing. "Very nice place. Clean, several good restaurants within walking distance. Nice to have covered parking. My only complaints—- the only tv is in the larger bedroom and the batteries in the remote were low, the bathroom is kind of small and the host didn’t provide a phone number where I could reach her, all communication was via text. I’m an old guy and still prefer to TALK to people. It took me about 15 minutes to type this on my phone. I would stay there again."

"Ok, this home is a great home and the neighborhood is fantastic! We had a problem with check-in due to miscommunication on host/booking end. Host/owner answered call immediately and resolved the issue within 45 minutes or so. Home was as described and had no issues until the next morning. The shower handle did. It work and we couldn’t take a shower. We only stayed 1 night so we just headed back home. After discussing issue with owner, they made it right and we are satisfied. Overall, I’d say...

"The stay at the Pool House was like being at a tiny resort. Pool right outside the door, pickleball/tennis court a few steps away. Beautiful flowers around the pool and pool house.Once inside, the small house was perfect for what we needed as a couple. Clean, comfortable and well-supplied. My son who lives in Tulsa came by and stated:" This is like you guys are in a resort" High praise from a 35-year-old who has been to plenty of resorts:)"
