If you're luck you might spot some wildlife - deer, turkeys and even a peacock!

Located 18 miles (~25 minutes) from the Yosemite South Gate entrance, and 10 miles (~15 minutes) from Bass Lake.

Guest access
Guests have access to the ADU, Driveway & EV Charger. There is a main driveway that leads up to the main house. Please DO NOT venture past the tiny home pathway and do not disturb the occupants in the large house.

Check-in is at 4pm
Check-out is at 10am (unauthorized late check outs are subject to additional fees outlined under "additional house rules")

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Our property is a non-smoking property. Please smoke outside 50ft away from any entrance and throw cigarettes in the trash not on the ground which could cause a fire.

CAMERAS
We do have security cameras on the outside of the home that are not monitored during your stay. Being that the home is in a secluded area the cameras are there to keep the home safe when not occupied.

SAFETY
This home is secluded in the mountains surrounded by nature so please be aware of your surroundings, you may see wildlife such as Bears, Bobcats, Coyotes, deer, rabbits, squirrels, wild turkeys, mountain mice, lizards, snakes, frogs and plenty of insects! Do not leave small children or pets unattended outside.

THINGS TO NOTE
We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior and allowing unregistered guests onto our property.

The water in the mountains is rich with minerals which leave behind water spots that are sometimes hard to remove. You may occasionally find such spots on utensils & surfaces, rest assured that everything has been cleaned by our cleaning team.
