"Pros: great to have separate bedroom. Nice foyer area to leave desert shoes from hiking. There’s a pool but never made it there. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Kitchen had enough for our stay. Quiet and out of the hubbub. There are shopping centers nearby so you don’t have to go all the way to the Y to get food. 6 min drive to bell rock which was great. Cons: didn’t realize we’d be getting pressure to attend a time share presentation upon check in. Having driven 2 hours from phoenix,...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions about the area. We enjoyed the quietness of The Village of Oak Creek which provided plenty of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options for us. Easy walk to everything and to the Bell Rock Pathway hike."

"Nice hotel with views like the name suggests. But, they don’t have conditioner and they have one small shampoo in the room not enough for tow people. The pillows are too bulky, so don’t expect too good sleep if your a side sleeper."

"The power went out at around 1am and was out for 2 hours. It was very hot in the room without A/C which made falling back asleep challenging. It kinda ruined our morning hike because of the lack of sleep."

"The ac in our room hardly worked. And it was hard to sleep. When we contacted the front desk, all they offered was to give us fans. And refunded our 35 resort fee. A place that charges over 600 a night I would expect better."

"The bathroom fan felt like a tornado and if u have some go to bathroom at night u are not going to get any sleep The noise from higher floor and neighbor rooms is terrible The breakfast staff was very good Worst was when u don’t get the premium room u ordered and the one staff doesn’t bother to explain the amenities to you but to other guests. Happy that Expedia stepped in but very displeased with that one staff"

"I thought the hotel was very unique and unusual, beautiful views of the red rocks all around, fresh baked bread in your room every day. The breakfast they serve is amazing. They keep snacks, drinks (non-alcoholic) fruit and delicious fresh baked cookies and coffee and tea in the lobby available 24 /7. The grounds of the property are absolutely unique and amazing with sculptures all around and lots of water features to sit by. I highly recommend the villas!!!"

"Helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable room, bed/pillows, fabulous breakfast each morning, and a very good location! We also truly enjoyed the cozy robes and the gas fireplace in our room. Also, the option of breakfast delivered to our room or enjoying our breakfast in the comfortable setting in the main room at the inn. I definitely plan to return someday!"
