"The room was clean but had its issues. The fan never turned off, the button did not work, and we tried everything. The front staff told us to just unplug it. That was all the effort they put into helping with the situation. The remote control cover for the TV batteries did not stay on. The doorknob on the bathroom door was coming apart. The window blinds need to be replaced; they have holes. The parking is a disaster. They should have planned more parking than landscaping. I don't usually...

"Awful room the sheets were dirty. And when we asked for new sheets they tried to make me change them. We ended up leaving that night becauss how ghetto it was and they charged my card 100 dollars trying to say that i broke there tv a nightstand 2 remotes and a light and the panel. I wasnt even in there they are just scamers"

"Room was clean but poorly maintained. The caulking around the trim and tub in the bathroom is all cracked and would be impossible to clean properly Late evening the heating unit started rattling which eventually got to a loud banging that was so bad we had to turn it off completely. Air temperature in Madras dropped to 28 degrees. We talked to the manager about the issue who told us we should have notified the office when it happened...2:30 AM! We were tired from a day on the road and leaving...
