This gorgeous, brand-new home with a pool and amazing ocean views has it all. Equipped with an elevator, 2 large ocean-facing decks with ample outdoor seating, and 9 beds with accommodations for 14 guests, this home is perfect for your beach getaway.

The home features an inverted floor plan, with the primary bedroom located on the top floor, alongside the kitchen, dining room, and family room.

Main Living Area:
On the third floor, you’ll be greeted by a large family room, kitchen, and dining area, all with spectacular ocean views through a set of doors and a bank of windows. The chef’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The large dining table has seating for 12, with seating for another 4 at the kitchen bar. A 75” Smart TV in the family room and 50-inch Smart flat-screen TVs in 4 of the bedrooms ensure there’s plenty of entertainment for everyone. Plus, enjoy the 5.1 channel home theater, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi (500mbps), and YouTube TV.

Parking Info:
The Oak Island Town Council has approved paid parking on the island, effective from April 1 through September 30. The hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost is $5 per hour, $20 per day, and $80 per week. Limited (1,000) annual passes are available for purchase for $175. Violations will be issued if the new rules are not followed. We had a lovely stay at The Sea Prize rental home. We had a few issues at the beginning of the week with the elevator and the oven but James from iTrip was super responsive and helpful. The home was very accommodating and spacious. We appreciated the amount of seating available on the patio. The only two things we would have changed was wishing the pool fencing extended farther out so that we could more easily let our dogs out. We also had issues with the thermostat changing back to the set temperature throughout the stay. Oh, and we couldn't find a wine opener!The "complaints" were tiny though and overall our stay was truly fantastic. The access to the beach and overall state of the house made it a wonderful stay.

The house was comfortable, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked (except there was no wine opener). The pool was great!! It was near restaurants and shopping (5-10 minute drive). The beach was just a few minutes walk. We loved the front porch with lots of chairs! Highly recommended!The only suggestions we have are: no pool lights, stovetop right front burner not working, no mattress covers under thin sheets, and no kitchen towels.

Great week

Terrific house. Everything was comfortable and clean. Plenty of space inside and the porches were very pleasant. It was a hot week but we could always find the breeze and shade. Beach access very convenient and the pool was great for the kids.

Awesome Trip!

This is our second year in the same house with our grown kids and grandchildren!! Everything was absolutely wonderful, as we were all leaving the grandkids wanted to make sure we were coming back next year!!!

Great extended Nov stay in OKI

Had a quick & detailed response each time I had a question prior to our arrival, home was perfect for our family of adults (20’s- 80’s) & conveniently located to everything. Loved all the chairs on covered porch. The only request would be to please replace the large rug in the primary BR downstairs - this is a pet friendly property & it has seen better days. A very lovely stay & would stay again

Great Family House

The house was a perfect location. Easy to get to the beach with little ones. The pool was a great bonus as well. Great size house with lots of beds for large families. Property manger was great with quick responses and able to answer lots of questions. The only downfall I would say of this house was the cleaning service. The house was not cleaned very well. There was food and dog hair in chairs, couches and under the couches. Toilets and showers needed to be scrubbed better. I would also have really enjoyed better shade at the pool. Overall the house was great. Our family would definitely come back and stay again in the future.

Excellent Oak Island Family home

We loved our first trip to Oak Island. This home was well equipped to accommodate 4 families including 8 adults and 7 kids between the ages of 2-7. The itrip management team was excellent - anticipating our every need!

Over too Fast!!!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Prize! Might want to watch out for an Ant & Cockroach exterminator….. we had a lot!!! The pool was great but was cloudy and dingy when we arrived and never cleared up. Great location and clean except for the bugs.
