"Tim was outstanding. Both him and his business partner were incredible to my wife and I. The home was breathtaking and Tim and his business partner took over unfinished construction in 2017 while construction originally was undertaken in 2007. The previous owners came across hurdles and were unable to finish construction which is when Tim and his partner took over and finished it themselves. The bed supports look like they could give way in the future, the bathtub drain needed to be cleared to drain properly, and we could not find a drain stopper for the kitchen sink. The hot tub (not part of the unit) was not clean, and only 2 of the jets appeared to work."

"far exceeded our expectations! The parking was simpler than some prior reviews made it sound like.Same as the elevator. Hot tubs were very nice. Only downside was the sauna was under maintenance during our stay. Other than that, the proximity to the hill and overall comfiness of the unit made it a proper 5/5 stay!"
