  • Una residencia cómoda, este encantador rancho tiene todas las comodidades para unas vacaciones perfectas. Su ubicación tranquila es de 1. 5 millas de la ciudad, pero no demasiado lejos para andar en bicicleta o caminar cuando sea necesario. Las playas, los estanques, la laguna y otras instalaciones recreativas también son de fácil acceso si desea subirse al carril bici (a la vuelta de la esquina) o dar un rápido paseo. Parque en la propiedad, varios autos. Si tiene dificultades para obtener boletos de ferry, puedo proporcionarlos durante algunas semanas.

    Pisos de madera noble cuidadosamente restaurados, cocina y baño con azulejos, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, lavadora y secadora gratis, terraza privada en el patio trasero arbolado y terraza con parrilla a gas y una increíble ducha al aire libre. TV en la sala de estar con DVD / VCR, videojuegos, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad (WiFi). La casa tiene tres habitaciones y alojará a 7 personas cómodamente. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama litera, (tamaño doble en la parte superior, cama doble en la parte inferior). El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. También hay una sala de estar de tamaño completo en la sala de estar. Armarios y vestidores de gran tamaño en cada habitación. Cocina y baño recientemente renovados y remodelados con mucha pintura nueva, pisos renovados, colchones nuevos, muebles de dormitorio nuevos, la casa está limpia y cómoda.

    Ahorre dinero alquilando bicicletas o kayaks ... ¡y use el mío! Un kayak de dos plazas y un asiento individual, ambos se sientan en la parte superior. Tengo remos y chalecos salvavidas. Para las bicicletas, tengo una variedad de cascos ... sin mencionar bádminton, croquet, rastrillos, cañas de pescar, juegos de mesa, ping pong, etc. Ir a la playa ... uso mis sillas de playa, varias variedades.

    Siéntase seguro y protegido, vecindario seguro, callejones sin salida si lo desea, iluminación exterior, detectores de incendios y humo en todas partes. Equipamiento deportivo de seguridad para bicicletas y kayaks.

Wonderful property it had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay great location...quick walk to the firehouse bus stop. Easy to walk to downtown oak bluffs if you are up for a stroll. Host was very communicative. Highly reccommend!

Great option for a stay in OB. The house was clean and had mini splits in most rooms. It’s a great option for a family and the outdoor shower decompresses the one bathroom situation. The check in and check out process was very smooth. Bonus beach chairs, umbrella and coolers were available so we were very ready for the beach. Thanks Steven!

Comfy warm, cozy location was great as we had to go between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs super easy to go between the two.

Overall excellent experience from start to finish and the owner/host was excellent to work with. House was perfect for a family of 6 despite having only the 1 bathroom, the outdoor shower was key. Kitchen, grill, basement, supplies, etc. are all exactly what you need and more. They really have thought of everything which reduces the stress and makes for a great vacation experience!

Great Vacation

Great Home for a family vacation in Martha's Vineyard. It had all the amenities needed to cover all the activities in the Island .

Great Cottage!

My family and I loved staying at this little 3 bedroom cottage on MV. It was perfect and had everything we ever could want from Bikes to dishwashers to AC for each room. Would def stay here again if available next time we visit MV!

Great location! Minutes from just about everything!

The owner is very nice and easy to reach should you need him. If you have children/teens or just want a fun, relaxing spot to enjoy your family this is it! I love staying in Oak Bluffs near historical sites, restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful stay in Martha's Vineyard

The house was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and had more than we needed. There was enough in the house to occupy us during rainy days. On the sunny days, there was bikes and kayaks; made beach days easy. We would stay here again and highly recommend to others to stay here too.

Great Stay

From the beginning Steven was an excellent and responsive host. He always responded quickly and went above and beyond to be flexible with our timing. The house was well situated, spacious and the bikes were a major bonus. Our kids loved taking them out for a ride every morning.

Family Vaca

It was a cute little house for our family. It was my husband and I, along with our 5 girls (plus a boyfriend), ranging from infant to 22. We all were very comfortable staying there. We love having the bikes to use, the kids could take off and either head to the beach or into town whenever they want. It was not far for them to bike either places.

Awesome spot and house

Awesome stay! I’ve been coming to the island since I was a little girl and now I bring my kids here. We’ve been looking for a good place to consistently come back to every year and this one checks all the boxes. Excellent spot, quiet neighborhoods, quick access to swimming and downtown. The house is full of goodies too! Bikes and kayaks and ping pong! Kids LOVED it. AC in the bedroom. Grill and nice back patio set- most our time spent here. Overall, a wonderful spot for a family!

Cosy cottage

The house reminded me of a cosy cottage. Steven was a great host. We weren’t able to get in with the code but Steven answered his phone immediately and took care of the situation. Any time I had a question before or during our stay he was very prompt to respond.

Our Oak Bluffs trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Oak Bluffs! Steven's house was perfect for us: super clean, in very good condition, comfortable (especially our mattress!) and sufficiently stocked. It was great having bikes and helmets, though the weather was too cool for us to want to use the kayak. We had several ping pong matches! The house is well situated, convenient to travelling around the island as we did. An excellent choice!

Affordable, comfortable and easy to get around

This is my 3rd year renting this property and I continue to be thrilled. It feels like home. It is a great neighborhood and easy to get to. The house is always neat, clean and bright. It has everything we need and more. There is always enough towels, bikes to ride, beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach and one for rain :-). I highly recommend for a family or few friends. The only difficulty is that although there are three great bedrooms with air conditioning and fans there is only one bathroom. However, the outside shower works great when there are a few people trying to get ready at once.

Great property

We stayed for 8 days for our first visit to Martha’s Vineyard. The property has so many amenities and is close to downtown Oaks Bluff. We were able to cook and grill with ease due to the utensils on property and the gas grill. We were about 10 minutes from Circuit Ave and all the shops. The beach chairs were a Godsend because we didn’t have room in our car to bring them from home! And we would have been miserable at the beach without them. Because each room has an air conditioner, everyone was able to adjust the temperature to their liking. The owner was readily available when we had questions or minor issues to be addressed. I highly recommend staying here and we will do so in the future.

Comfortable and convenient lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Oaks Bluff. House was spacious and well equipped for our family of 3 adults and 3 teenagers and a dog. We enjoyed having coffee on the private deck and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table and kayaks. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful to answer our questions about the house and the island during our stay.

Weekend getaway

I had a wonderful time with 5 of my best friends at Martha’s Vineyard! Steven’s home was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we would need for the weekend. He answered any questions I had leading up to the trip and made the whole experience a great and easy one. The only recommendation I have is to bring a car if you’re able. There were Ubers/taxis available but the cost adds up if you plan to do a lot of sight-seeing away from oak bluffs like me and my friends ended up doing. Otherwise, you can easily get a taxi/Uber from his home or walk to nearby places mentioned in the Vrbo booking. We hope to stay again sometime soon! Would definitely recommend Steven’s home!

Casual home, great for families

This is the second time I stayed at this house. I was able to bring my two small dogs. It was perfect for us or for a family. Although I didn’t use them, there are bikes and ping pong and foos-ball to use. The house is casual. Has all the amenities you need- cookware and coffee pot, and dishes. Only issue I see with bringing more people is that the living room doesn’t have much seating if you have a group/family. The yard is big and the deck is so nice to have dinner or morning coffee on! It’s a central location. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely need a car. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
