"The establishment was very clean, what I liked the most was the hallways were bright. Breakfast was really good. Had options. My room was:clean, smelled clean, very spacious for 4 people. Didn't feel cramped. The outside area has stores, restaurants. One negative. My room the shade was broken. So bright! light day and night. I let front desk know. They were nice and said to give a complaint to headquarters. NO one to fix it. BUT otherwise I would stay again."

"Upon arrival the computer system was down and our booking could not be processed. Not the fault of staff but the problem with the digital age is no back up system like credit card machines in the past, or even taking cash ! We were left with leaving town because every other hotel was booked."

"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs. The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones."

"Great for the price! Nice parking lot- clean rooms and helpful staff. Some unfinished parts and like stains in the sink and noisy toilet but a GREAT value! Was quiet and AC worked fine too!"

"Upon our arrival we were told by the desk clerk that he could not find our reservations for two rooms. These rooms were booked and prepaid. I showed him our receipt but was told that there were absolutely no rooms available. After much prompting on our part he called his supervisor who found us two handicapped rooms. Not what I had reserved so we were able to change rooms the next morning. Then I got a text from our credit card company that we had been charged $640.00 for a room that had already...
