"We had an amazing stay with our 10 month old and this hotel is definitely baby friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and had complete amenities for everything we needed for our short stay and even gave an amenity kit for our baby. The staff were so friendly and accommodated all our requests, and went out of their way to find English speaking staff to translate when they were unable to understand us.
Our baby absolutely loved the play room and pool and even enjoyed the breakfast buffet...

"Honestly, the east wing was three stars max, rather than 4 as listed, even Holiday Inn would have been a better option. The property was quite outdated — furnishings, fixtures, and overall condition all showed significant wear.
One of the biggest issues was the temperature. The room was uncomfortably cold, and the air conditioning system did not provide heating at all. This made the stay quite unpleasant, especially at night. When I reached out to the staff for assistance, they were...

"It was a very pleasant stay, from the moment we entered the door. The hotel staff was very attentive. The amenities are impeccable. The view in our room was absolutely stunning. We were able to swim a bit at the pool and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna/steam rooms. We decided to eat at the Western restaurant at the hotel and was blown away by the food. We’ll definitely come back again in the future."
