"Our vacation to The Outer Banks was our favorite trip to date. This property was almost perfect, other than that we chose it for the advertised 24 hour sauna, and upon arrival we discovered that although there were 2 saunas, they were the infrared versions and quite small. Also, they are located directly off from the main hallway where all of the other hotel guests are walking and it made it less than relaxing to know that people would be walking by and seeing you. "The room would be good, if it was early 2000. The fridge smelled fish. The exhaust fan in bathroom was on all the time and noisy. The TV did not stream, so no netflix, hulu, etc. There are 2 elevators needed to get to 4th floor. The only upside is the closeness to beach, pool and daily breakfast. The staff were pleasant and helpful."
