Stable Masters House - Rent a house in the beautiful vally of Kiladalen

  • If you are planning to visit Sweden you are most welcome to rent Stable Masters House (the red house in the pictures at Allasta Farm. We are located in the countryside in the beautiful vally of Kiladalen west of Nyköping City and not far from Stockholm Skavsta Airport. The farm is located just outside the large forests of Kolmården and close to the stunning archipelago of the Baltic Sea. Many of our foreign guests express that the greatest experience was the peace and quiet at the farm, but there is much to see in the countryside. But if you want to go to the capital city it is only one hour drive to Stockholm City.  

    The farm has horses, our childfriendly dog Egon, the cat Myran and a chickenhouse where you pick your breakfast eggs. You live very close to nature and can spot deers and moose comming out from the forrest. Nearby there are nice tracks in the forest with good opportunities to make a fire and roast hot dogs, kids usually love it.  Other things that can be arranged are archipelago excursions with our own boat and see eagles, razorbills and maybe some curious seals. Otherwise just sunbathe and swim from your own uninhabited island. During the trip will learn the basics of how to navigate the Baltic Sea.

    For those of you who feel that you need to get away from the pulse of the big city, you are welcome to book in the Stallmästarbostaden here at Allasta Gård located in the beautiful Kiladalen west of Nyköping. There is rural tranquility in the vicinity of the large Kolmårds forests. The house is fully equipped for you, your partner and maybe the children to get closer to each other with a little cozy in the cottage. 

    On the farm there are horses, our dear dog Egon, the cat Myran and a chicken farm where you pick your own breakfast eggs. The proximity to nature also often provides experiences when the inhabitants of the forest come out into the fields to seek food or through pleasant walks along the Sörmland Trail with sausage barbecues and other things that the kids like. Other things that can be arranged are archipelago excursions with our own motor boat and see the Sea eagles, Tordmular and maybe some curious seals. Otherwise, just sunbathe and swim from the archipelago cliffs while learning the basics of navigating the lake during the trip. 

    Of course, many guests also visit Komården Zoo which is only 25 minutes away.

Wunderschönes Ambiente und Gegend. Henrik und seine Frau haben alles für einen wunderschönen Urlaub für uns getan. Henrik hat einen ganzen Tag uns mit seinen Boot durch die Schären gefahren, wir haben gebaden und zusammen gepicknickt. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A very pleasant stay

The house was clean, warm and the beds were comfortable. Henrik the host was very helpful, he showed us all around the house and the farm and gave us tips for places to visit and to eat. The location is very peaceful but still only 10 minutes drive to Nyköping. We enjoyed our stay here.

Trevlig värd. Kul för barnen med djuren .Bilden på huset stämmer dock inte. Fick bo i en mindre stuga. Tyvärr inget rum där kunde stänga dörren. Hade behövt det då jag reste med en ung familj med barn. Annars toppen!

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Henrik, de eigenaar. Het gele huis is niet huis wat je huurt. In de midden van het terrein staat een rood huisje, dat is het huis dat je huurt. De eigenaren zitten op dezelfde ranche als waar wij zaten. Het terras en het gedeelte van de tuin waar wij gebruik van mochten maken liggen afgelegen op het terrein. Je ziet elkaar niet. Het is heerlijk rustig. S' avonds lopen de herten door het aangrensend weiland. S'morgens verse eieren rapen bij de kippen. (De kippen zitten in een apart hok en hoor je niet). Het huisje is knus en gezellig. Een grote keuken met eetgelegenheid voor 8 personen. Ruime badkamer met heerlijke douche. Woonkamer waar voor ons twee bedbanken stonden is ook ruim. Trap naar boven voor de slaapkamer waar het twee persoonsbed staat. De zolder is een lage vliering van /- 1.60 meter hoog. Er lopen ook twee paarden rond die je kan aaien en de appeltjes die in de tuin groeien heerlijk vinden. Henrik heeft ook een boot en heeft ons door de archipel van Zweden gevaren en we konden daar ook heerlijk zwemmen. We zijn hiervanuit naar Stockholm gereden en vanaf Älfsjö met de trein verder naar Stockholm-centraal. Geen probleem met parkeren en hoge bedragen. Goed voor een daagje Stockholm. De rust om het huisje, de ligging, de gastvrije eigenaren, maken dit een heerlijke plek om een paar dagen vakantie te houden.

Schee isch gwä!!!!!

Wunderschöne fünf Tage konnten wir auf dem Bauernhof geniessen,...auch Dank des guten Wetters: ob Bootsfahrt mit Henrik, Pferdetour mit Katarina, Sprung in die nahegelegenen Seen, oder Schwedens Hauptstadt (und und und) es hat sich gelohnt, auf bald.... Die Verfügbarkeit, die Aufmerkasamkeit und die Freundlichkeit von Katarina und Henrik machten den Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis, schön war's (Übersetzung von oben wer kein schwäbisch, nicht schwedisch, kann!!!) DANKE!

Haben etwas anderes erwartet!!

Im Internet wird auf der Homepage ein bestimmtes Gefühl geweckt, diese Pferdefarm zu besuchen! Wir wurden vom tatsächlichen Zustand unangenehm überrascht! Diese Pferdefarm hat in Wirklichkeit nur zwei einsame Pferde und eine handvoll Hühner zu beherbergen! Das Haus hat keine zwei Schlafzimmer, es hat auch nicht ein Schlafzimmer! Es hat eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Schlafsofas und einen Schlafboden über der Küche, welcher nur mit eingezogenen Kopf begehbar ist! Der Zugang erfolgt im Wohnzimmer mit wechselnden Trittstufen ( hohe Unfall- gefahr )! Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich, aber meistens in ihrem Sommerhaus! Der Hof wird nur noch spartanisch bewirtschaftet! Unser Fazit: Wer eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe von Stockholm und Ruhe sucht, ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben! Wer aber einen Bauernhof sucht oder eine Farm wird enttäuscht sein!

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Gastgeber Henrik und Katarina haben dafür gesorgt, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Sogar ein Navi mit eingespeicherten Favouriten von sehenswerten Orten wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Super Service. Schönes Haus, total idyllisch. So stellt man sich Schweden vor. Jederzeit wieder! Schade dass es nur 5 Sterne gibt :-) es könnten mindestens 10 vergeben werden.

A tranquil place for a memorable stay

We appreciate the fact that Henrik was waiting for us to make sure we arrived to the right place since it is literally in the middle of nowhere and we also arrived late at night. He was very kind and left us the GPS at the information desk in the airport, so it was very helpful as it had all the attractions in the area. The farm was wonderful and cozy for a family of five. It is not usual for us to go and pick our eggs from the barn for your breakfast. The place was very quiet and peaceful. For us it was a wonderful weekend break!!!!

Holiday at it's best

We had a very nice holiday on Öllsta Farm. It was quiet and relaxing. The hosts Katarina and Hendrik made the stay a very good stay! They have always been very helpful. The also had very good tip's to explore the surrounding area where we always went to long hiking trips. The farm is nearby Stockholm (approx. one hour and a half car drive). So a trip to Stockholm is easlily possible. We definitely can recommend Öllsta Farm. The house has enough space for a family. We will go there again.

Tres belle maison, très belle environnement!

Tres belle maison de campagne, spacieuse, moderne et parfaitement equipee. La campagne alentour est très belle. L’endroit est isolé, en bout de chemin. Egon rajoute une touche sociale parfaite! A conseiller!

Wonderful stay in beautiful landscape

We had great holidays on the beautiful farm with very nice hosts. We really enjoyed our stay there a lot because of the great house, lovely animals and beautiful surrounding. There is so much to see. Absolutely nothing to complain! We will come back
