"This hotel is absolutely stunning. Very high quality, worth the cost. The pool, grounds, restaurant and staff were perfect. Aldo made sure we were well taken care of all day at the pool. The menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were great. Very small thing I would change is the $8 cost of water bottles with no real refill station. Would loooove to come back. "

"Charmant établissement tranquille et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont adorables, toujours prêts à informer et guider les clients. Nous avions une suite avec terrasses, jacuzzi privé, piscine à disposition pour l’ensemble des résidents. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet établissement et n’hésiterons pas a y retourner!"

"Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen :) das Frühstück ist ausreichend um gut in den Tag zu starten. Die Anlage wurde täglich gepflegt, ist sehr sauber und schön anzusehen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz für den Mietwagen, ohne diesen ist man etwas abseits.

Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht. Unseren Guten Morgen Kaffee haben wir uns in der Hotelbar geholt. Zur Anlage gehört auch ein kleiner Supermarkt. "

"Un desastre de lugar abr de 2025
El peor hotel en Italia, dice ser un 4 estrellas pero es un 2 estrellas. Los servicios que ofrecen no están a la altura, tampoco el personal.
Me dijeron que era media pensión, luego resultó solo tener el desayuno incluido.
Llegamos a las 13h y no nos dejaban en un principio usar las instalaciones del hotel hasta hacer el checkin a las 15h.
No tienen comidas ni servicio de restaurante al
medio día.
Las toallas de la piscina nunca nos las dieron para hacer uso de las instalaciones.
El desayuno muy básico, buffet, no había ni tan solo variedades de lácteos o leche. Nos dijeron que abrían a las 7 y luego resultó ser a las 7:30.
Estuvimos media hora en el hall y no nos ofrecieron nada, pero los recepcionistas que acabaron el turno antes de marcharse se hicieron su café y croissant para llevarse por el camino a su salida del trabajo.
La TV no tiene canales de variedad internacionales, solo 3, uno en francés y dos en alemán. El resto en italiano y de pésima calidad tipo tele-tienda y por la noche de llamadas eroticas.
¡Una vergüenza de estancia!"

"Antes de llegar al hotel rellené el formulario de self checking y solicite la media pensión y recibí la confirmación. Una persona de recepcion por whatsapp también me ofreció la media pensión por 50euros persona que acepté.
Resulta que al llegar al hotel me dicen que hay un problema y que no me van a poder dar la media pensión ya que el sabado noche tenian una fiesta especial donde los precios eran mas caros (60 euros por persona) y estaba todo completo.
Lo cual me creo una gran decepción y creo que es muy feo hacer ese tipo de cambios con los clientes. Una pena."
