"As described. Older home but for us it was all about the outdoors and we really enjoyed the front and back yards. Beds were comfy. Located on a rather busy street but didn't mind as view of mountain range and sunset spectacular from front porch, and Julia was awesome to work with going out of her way to accommodate and communicate with us. Highly recommend, would stay again when in FOCO :)"

"Very nice two bedroom. Beds were comfortable and great location to CSU. Only thing for prospective renters to note is that the shower is a very small corner unit. Good water pressure and nice hot shower but the shower space is a bit claustrophobic and hard to move around in. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. "

"This home has an amazing location! You can walk to the marina, to campsites, to the local store and even to the Horsetooth Tavern. We had morning coffee on the deck that looks over The Marina. It has Dunning views. We can’t wait to come back again!"

"We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of town and cooking some meals. "

"The property is a nice, clean new build in a good neighborhood. We were looking for something close to a little bit of everything as we were there for a softball tournament and daytime adventures. You could reach any surrounding city in 15 - 20 minutes and 20 - 30 minutes from some great hikes. Colby was great at communicating with us and responding very quickly to any of our questions or concerns. Had a great little vacation."

"In town for a wedding with family , house was perfect. We enjoyed evening walks and proximity to everything. "

"The house was perfect for our large family. If you are needing a big house with tons of room, this is the place. Super convenient if your in town for the National Softball Tournament. 20 minutes from all fields. Would recommend 10 times over!"

"Couldn’t have been better. All amenities provided. Bed comfortable and cozy. Air conditioning and fan if needed. Beautiful neighborhood. Quiet and very relaxing. Host lovely and available if needed. Bikes available but I didn’t use. I could walk easily to store. Great spot would stay here again. "
