"The hotel is located in a very good Greenwich area. The condition of the rooms is another thing. I asked for an accesible room and the one offered had dirty walls, stained carpets, totally unacceptable. I finally accepted one with less issues but it had courtains with holes, the desk chair was old, dirty and had broken linings. In the bathroom the shower had mold, the shower head dripped, the light fixture had parts broken. Additionally, the bed head had a light that didn't work. So many issues...

"I was very disappointed in my stay at the Zedwell. Having booked a twin room 8 months ago for an event, I was shocked that the system automatically placed me in a double at ceck-in. When we questioned the staff, they said they didn't have any twins available but could offer us a bigger room and share a bed - it's ridiculous to rely so much on a computer system and not check manually. "The location was optimal for me, as was the value for the price. Nice studio design. The bathroom was a little small, but minor gripe. The stairs/hallways were a little worn, but the room was spotlessly clean. They maybe should advise people that the building is a walk up, with no elevator. Overall, a great value for the money, and I will definitely stay here again, next time I’m in town for work (or for holiday.) I recommend. 👍"

"Cheap private room for a Saturday night, close to Deptford and Greenwich, with the DLR just around the corner so a handy spot. In the middle of an estate which was a bit of a shock at first but it was fairly tame for the most part. Didn’t attempt a shower as it smelt really bad. Toilets were kinda gross and smelt too. Room was decent enough though and the staff were sound. Bar area also decent with big screens showing sky sports, a dart board, sofas etc… Fine for a cheap one night stay. But...

"Every staff person we interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional. The apartment was small but suited our needs. The combo washer/dryer took forever to wash/dry a load and settings were difficult to understand. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation."
