Just be mindful that they do introduce a "Strict No Party Policy" in the terms and conditions after booking, despite the Stayz listing saying this is allowed. A very tiny kitchen that had as described, but we didn't use it for cooking but did use the BBQ. There was a very old A/C in loungeroom that didn't cope with the heat, we arrived in.
