This waterfront condo in the Aria Ocean complex is the right base for a group or family ready to trade the routine for something slower and more open-ended.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms, six beds, and four bathrooms give eight guests room to settle in without anyone feeling squeezed. Private bedrooms mean everyone gets their own space to retreat to, while the open living areas do the opposite - pulling the group back together naturally after a day spent on the water or walking the shoreline.

 

Outdoor living

Positioned right at the water's edge within the Aria Ocean complex, the condo puts beach access and a pool within the complex within easy reach, along with resort access to shared facilities nearby. Step out onto the patio or balcony and you'll find a hammock and an outdoor dining area waiting - ideal for unhurried mornings with coffee or long evenings watching the light fade over the bay.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked to handle the full range - a quick breakfast before heading out, or a proper group dinner at the end of a long beach day. A refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and wine glasses sit alongside cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dedicated dining area means everyone eats together without crowding the kitchen space.

 

Comfort & convenience

Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable through the warmest parts of the day. Wifi and a TV with standard cable are on hand when you want to stay connected or settle in for a quieter evening. Self check-in via lockbox makes arrival flexible, and luggage drop-off is available for those working around early arrivals or late departures.

Bed linens, hangers, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, handle the practical side of the stay without requiring any thought. A private entrance, elevator, free parking garage on premises, and free street parking make coming and going throughout the stay straightforward.

 

Neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta stretches along a generous, unhurried stretch of Banderas Bay. Beach time, pool time, time out on the water, quiet evenings back at the condo - the days here have a tendency to fill themselves in without much effort. That ease is the whole point.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._1_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
