"Overall hotel and staff 5 stars ,swimming pool floor around swimming pool and jacuzzi was so slippery that I saw number of people falling down do to slippery tiles unacceptable for that reason I would not recommend it !!!"

"Such a great place to stay in Zakopane! Truly excellent care by the staff and a stellar breakfast. The rooms are generously sized with great balconies. The only improvement I can think of would be the ability to stream Netflix and a more comfy couch!"
