"Whenever i travel in ontario i make it a habit to visit Stevenson Inn and Spa. This beautiful B&B is tucked away from plain site, out in the country filled with warmth, renewal, peace and quiet. Owner even made special deluxe smoothies along with the continental breakfast that is included with each stay. Highly recommend. Lori Gradley"

"Dark room. Dark bathroom. Patio door had a draft (couldn't get the room warmer than 18C (64F)). Our small patio was next to the staff's. kitchen entrance and it was noisy (empty bottles being loaded late at night, garbage bins rolling by, the kitchen exhaust vent, staff talking. Mini bar menu but no mini I bar was found. Very little parking. Hotel restaurant was cold and the drink service was slow and at times, wrong."

"I was skeptical when I entered the parking lot to check in. I always stay at Hilton anywhere but Toronto Hilton was too expensive this time and I booked this hotel. To my surprise, The room had clean bed and bedsheets. Clean bathroom and shower. Shampoo and soap provided in good qualities. Quiet hallways and even though no escalators, it was only two level building. I loved it and next time , time comes, I would not stay at Hilton but I will choose this nice , clean, quiet property with good...

"Was very disappointed with a rating of 8.2, TV didn't work, sheets were dirty and full of hair, when notified front desk came said tv was a reception problem. Nothing theu could do, when shown the bedding he said of sorry but can we brush the bed off and it would be good there was no cleaning staff I asked if we could get clean bedding they brought 2 flat sheets that didn't fit the king bed, asked if there was a manager told no had to wait till morning. Went for breakfast which was included...

"The residence is hard to find, they need to put better instructions on the check in details. Signs at the college are hard to read especially at night Rooms were what I expected, howver the cleaners need to be supervised a little better. Counters and touch points are not being cleaned. Rings and dirt on the bedside tables. I used Lysol wipes to wipe everything down when checking in...I do this with all my hotel rooms I stay at.
