"We were a family of 9. Cleanliness of house was good, appliances were great. Sparsely furnished - needed to have a bit more sitting available to watch T.V. Master bedroom and bath were great. Needed to have a table or two in the other bedrooms to put things on. Maybe some hooks in bathroom to hang towels on would be great.Should be advertised to accommodate 6-8 people instead of ten. We enjoyed our stay but it was a bit tight quarters for all of us. Sean was a great host."

"Loved the property, very easy access by road. The house was very clean, stocked with everything we could think of needing and decorated beautifully. It was the perfect setup for our family. Also enjoyed fishing off the dock and going for boat rides. We would definitely book this property again."

"This place was perfect for what I needed! Everything was super quiet even though there were others staying nearby. It’s kinda hidden but it’s also super close to everything you want to do without having to deal with traffic really. "

"It was good place. The gaming systems were the best part. Very nice to have. My husband and children loved all thr games. The lighting wasn't very good in the house and it made it difficult seeing. Blinds needed to be replace bc there was some broken places in some of the blinds. Also, the water pressure was very low.pressurlow."

"Location and pricing were good. Quiet area but close to food and shopping. Water pressure in master shower was little to none. Pillows were as thin as a piece of paper and there were no extra pillows/blankets. Saw several dead and live roaches over the course of 3 day stay. Sheets smelled stale and we had to wash ourselves before willing to sleep on them. Over all would not return to this property."

"The house is absolutely beautiful and Sam was so easy to work with. He made sure everything with the house was perfect. The house is also in a great location. Overall excellent experience!"

"This was a house On a very high hill right off Main Street in downtown Guntersville. Some of the house has been updated like the kitchen. But bathrooms need lots of renovation to them. Parking was great with a ramp in the back which made unloading/loading much more easier We could not get the gas stove to work. And the microwave was installed for a very tall person. . "

"Had a great week visiting with my Alabama family. I loved being near the lake and walking path. Stores and restaurants near by. Property and house clean the owner responded quickly to all my questions. Hope to stay there again. "

"Strange experience with this rental. Arrived in the dark, no instructions to key box, no lights on, entered and found a hole in ceiling in family room with stuff hanging off the ceiling. No information provided about WiFi, I had to message the host and waited a couple hours before receiving a response. Master bed had some kind of plastic bed cover over mattress crunched every time you’d move, towels in master bath were paper thin, miss matched, floors and stove were dirty. This house is not...
