"First time staying in Alabama. We rent vacation houses many times per year and I can say our stay here was wonderful. It is close to the road, there is definitely road noise, but it didn't matter, the house and the view made you forget the noise. The bed was beyond comfortable! We lost power one night (the entire area, not a house issue). I messaged the host and received a response within minutes (at 9:30 pm). She called the power company and it was back on within 30 minutes. We also requested...

"My husband and I spent a week here for our 39th anniversary. So relaxing, we loved every minute. "

"The house on the lake was perfect for our family. It was a quiet area to just relax and play in the water. The private dock was a good area to fish off of, or to just jump in and float around. This is definitely a place we want to visit again. "

"The cabin was clean and cozy. Everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect. A few hooks on the wall to hang a robe or wet towels would be a great addition. "

"View of the lake and sailboats from the front porch! We were in the area to visit Cathedral Caverns (HIGHLY recommend!) Enjoyed our stay here."

"I rented both of the owners houses that were right on Guntersville Lake at the marina. I have to say I was totally impressed with every single aspect of these properties. First the size , big well equipped, kitchens, living rooms bedrooms everything was spotless. "Very nice neighborhood, private, quiet, great view off your deck. Roomy and comfortable. We were busy enjoying Guntersville and friends, so we didn't spend time in the room much. Our host invited us to use the dock to catch or try to catch some fish. Just enjoyed our time with friends and High Park Falls. At the end of the day, comfortable, quiet place to stay. Also made it to Muscle Shoals studio."

"Before you book, this is an older cabin, so be aware and don’t judge it for being older. It’s cozy and comfortable. Of course it needs some fixing here and there, but what doesn’t? Mainly the bathroom, but it functions as it should. The air conditioning works very well!! The cabin is right on the water.
