Everything was clean, check-in was contactless easy, the area was absolutely beautiful and the cabins are so cute. I love that they give you three bundles of wood every day with your stay, just a cute little extra perk. "

"This sweet cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The owners on site in attached house obviously care that you enjoy your stay. Parking is tight for a larger vehicle but there is another spot within walking distance if you should need it. The beach is so close!"

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"The location of the house was perfect for our stay during the Seafood Festival. I joked to my wife because of the decor inside the house, it was like staying on a pirate ship/casino. The home provided everything you would need. "

"Very nice place with a wonderful view! It was very comfortable and clean and the host was great!"

"Pleasantly surprised. Amazing views and listening to the ocean while you sleep is so relaxing. Room was equipped with everything you needed. Would have like another face cloth and maybe a box of tissues. Pull out sofa bed was not terribly comfortable. Maybe consider an upgrade. All and all- a 9 out of 10"

"This location was perfect for a family! The neighborhood was quiet, but in walking distance to the beach. There were many thoughtful touches at the cottage. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the fenced in yard with a walking 14 month old! We will definitely be back!"

"Location is great, close enough to the beach and boardwalk but away from the hustle and bustle. The space is perfect for a couple very clean and cozy. Paul is responsive to questions and a pleasure to meet. It’s not often you meet the property owners, that was an added plus. We hope to stay again"

"This was our second stay at Ed & Leatha's beautiful home and once again it delivered the perfect family vacation with plenty of amenities for the adults, kids (9, 4, and 2), and dogs (2 labs) to all enjoy throughout a picture-perfect week on the lake!"

"House was clean. The hosts were very kind and responsive and helped deal with any issues in a timely fashion. Bathrooms are extremely small and would not be well suited for larger individuals. The driveway is a good size for smaller vehicles. My GMC 2500 fit but was snug getting in and out of the truck. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider it again. "
