"There is nothing wrong with the hotel. This is a perfect place for a vacation, from the architecture to the service to the cleaning level and first of all for the exquisite personnel, polite and professional, invisible but always there, ready with a smile. "The villa was over two floors with the bedrooms being downstairs and therefore cooler overall. The reception was manned at all times and were so helpful and friendly. Even offered to give us a list to the local town if we didn't want to drive. A car was needed due to the location but that worked well for us and parking was fine. The facilities were great inside and out - had everything we needed and the welcome package was a nice touch. The pool was pretty private and big enough to do a little...

"Hôtel familial au personnel extrêmement sympathique, et francophone ! Il est tres bien situé a 5 mn a pieds du centre (lac). Très propre, disposant d'un ascenseur. La chambre (201) donne une magnifique vue sur la mer et l'île juste en face, avec une belle terrasse, bien orientée pour en profiter dès l'après-midi. Les équipements sont un peu vieillots mais fonctionnels. La clim meriterait une petite réparation car 2 volets sur les trois sont cassés et il est difficile dorienter le debit d'air....

"Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you! "

"Our stay at Elounda Gulf Villas was absolutely excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with warm, personalized service. "We loved our stay at Meliti hotel, the staff was very nice, and we are already missing the wonderful view. Breakfast was lovely and different every day and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. As the hotel is located equidistant from Agios Nikolaos and Elounda you would be better with a car, although at the bottom of the street there is the bus stop for both places. Nearby tavernas we tried were also very nice. "
