"We had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location: a nice, quiet residential neighourhood that was a quick tram ride away from all the sights of the old town. (The tram stops are right outside, and the trams run about every 5 minutes, so getting around was a breeze.).
