This new teak treehouse structure that features a view of the waves breaking

The Rancho Chilo Treehouse is a new insulated A-frame teak rustic rancho (with air conditioner) perfect for a single person or couple. Work remotely with battery backup Fiber optic High speed internet (100Mbps down 65up). Watch waves breaking from the private deck that faces the Pacific Ocean. The rancho is located in the back corner of the property in a private location. The room includes one queen bed. There is a kitchenette and private bathroom in the room. There is a shared nature inspired shower with hot and cold water (water softening system in place) located downstairs. In the shared space there is a BBQ grill with side burner and plenty of covered seating. Wake up every morning with the howler monkeys near the pristine beaches of Playa Pelada.

The Rancho Treehouse is located in the quiet neighborhood of Playa Pelada. Guests can walk to nearby La Garta Lodge to take advantage of spa services or enjoy a cocktail or meal while taking in an amazing view of the ocean, jungle canopy, and Nosara river. Enjoy walking? Take a 10-minute stroll down the hill and through the neighborhood to the tranquil beaches of Playa Pelada or explore the shores of the nearby river, Boca de Nosara. The property is an 8 min drive to the main surf break at Playa Guiones.

Wonderful jungle treehouse with ocean view, calming salt water pool and great hosts!

We stayed here for our 20th anniversary and loved every minute of it. From the howler monkeys to the ocean to the peaceful communal environment the hosts have created at the hacienda where we met some other great guests. Jen and Chris were super helpful in helping us get to the Hacienda and ensured we had a great stay while in Nosara, and are just wonderful people.
