Jardín Casa Zona Azul – This is a beautiful and very special property located in one of the world’s five famous locations identified as the Blue Zones.

A Blue Zone is defined as an area of the world that discovered the secret to a long life, and where some of the happiest and healthiest people in the world live. There are only five Blue Zones on the planet – the Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica is one of them. We are very thankful to have a slice of paradise in Nosara.

We aspire to introduce you to a fun-filled and diverse experience encompassing all of the natural wonders, beauty, and adventures that Nosara and its surrounding beaches, wildlife preserves, villages, and community have to offer. Nosara has many popular restaurants, local eateries, private and local chefs at your service offering the freshest, very healthy, and delicious food. Nosara offers local artisan shopping, venues of mental and physical wellness and relaxation, guided tours of interest, stunning local beaches, and a nearby nature preserve within walking distance. Our beautiful and private property is within close proximity (minutes away) to town, beaches, and excursions. There are limitless things to do, explore, and experience. And for those that have a more low-key agenda, there is plenty of time to rest, relax, slow down, and take in the surrounding natural beauty of Nosara, Costa Rica at your own pace.

Jardin Casa Zona Azul offers specialized fitness and wellness retreats led by some of the top fitness instructors around. Our property offers an open-concept fitness studio located on the second floor of the rancho. Description of Property:

Guests rent the entire property, which includes 4 separate luxury cabinas, an additional bonus bedroom with a detached bathroom, a two-story open-concept luxury rancho with a fully equipped high-end kitchen, and a top floor fitness and yoga area overlooking our stunning and special property.

The custom designed infinity pool features a gazebo and patio area overlooking the property's lush gardens welcoming a sense of peace and relaxation,. The rancho's second floor is the perfect open-air concept exercise studio. The first floor includes a professional high-end kitchen, dining area, bar/entertainment area, and lounging /gathering area. We are very pleased to welcome our guests to our special place in paradise for all to enjoy - beauty, tranquility, soft breezes, gardens and wildlife. Pura Vida!

The luxury casitas are equipped as follows:

Casita 1: Queen bed + twin bed (trundle), full bathroom, private outdoor shower
Casita 2: King-size bed, full bathroom, private outdoor shower
Casita 3: King-size bed, full bathroom, private outdoor shower
Casita 4: Two - twin bunk bed, full bathroom, private outdoor shower
Bonus Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed, detached bathroom

The 4 cabinas offer indoor and outdoor showers with Raw Botanical products for guest use if desired, mini-fridges, room safes, and a beautiful private terrace with a day bed.

Perfect retreat property!

We had an amazing experience. No complaints - the pool, rooms, yoga & lounge space were perfect and the kitchen was beautifully suited for our private chef. Will be back!

Jungle Paradise

AMAZING! My fiance and I decided to do a destination wedding in Nosara. Jardín Casa Zona Azul was THE PERFECT choice for us to stay, we had a lot of family and friends coming and it was such a great "hub" for everyone. It was so close to everything but far enough away that you could escape the bustle in town. The cabanas are so spacious and were great for getting ready in for our wedding, SO much natural light! I think I could live in the outdoor shower! There was a thunderstorm one of the first days of our stay, sitting up in the studio of the rancho was by far my favorite place to watch the rain, just beautiful. The property managers were extremely helpful throughout our planning process and throughout our stay, whether it be booking shuttles or activities or just recommendations of things to do. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone planning to travel to Nosara to stay at Jardín Casa Zona Azul, whether just going for vacation, retreat, wedding, with friends, family. It is truly a beautiful special place!

What a wonderful vacation home! kids were all thrilled to have their own cabanas, which were the perfect size, spacious and fully equipped with bathrooms and plenty of closet space and mini fridge. It was amazing and everyone loved their rooms. The shared common space was beautiful, open and spacious. Great home for a large family or small group. I would definitely recommend it. The property manager Rebeca was always available to answer questions, helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip!

BONITA Y COMODA PROPIEDAD

Linda propiedad en NOSARA, solo que en los anuncios, no queda claro que todas las habitaciones son afuera e independientes, teníamos una bebé y era un poco incómodo que estuviera tan lejos de la terraza y cocina. Hay que tener cuidado con la temporada de langostas, son muy molestas y no dejan disfrutar de la linda terraza en la noche.

An Incredible Stay!

Our entire group absolutely loved staying at the house! We were 6 adults and 2 kids and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves throughout our week-long stay at Rebecca's house. The house has 4 individual bungalow-style suites that were very nicely decorated. The common areas were open with plenty of space for everyone to do them. The house boasts of a fully equipped kitchen with professional chef-grade appliances, if you are in the mood for cooking you will not be disappointed. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away from the house so stocking up is fairly easy. If you can hire a local chef to take care of these duties, better yet. The house comes with an option (fairly affordable) to have daily housekeeping, I would definitely take up on this offer. Location wise the house is less than a 10 minute drive from Nosara's main restaurants and beaches. Thank you Rebecca for a lovely stay, our family looks forward to coming back in the future for another lovely stay!
