Located in Mulbarton which offers a small collection of shops, Chinese, fish and chip shop and an Adnam’s pub, all within walking distance of the property. It is within easy reach of the fine city of Norwich with its cathedrals, theatres and night life. A little further takes you to the Norfolk Broads for day boat hire and fishing. Great Yarmouth for traditional seaside entertainment or Lowestoft with vast stretches of sandy beaches and promenade, both within a 1 hour drive.

Entering this charming barn full of character the kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. The lounge is located on the first floor with electric effect fire, flatscreen TV and video. The master double bedroom is on the first floor along with the bathroom having shower and separate bath.
