"The property is located on Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake. It is in a no wake zone for it is perfect for kayaking. The covered dock is perfect for meals and for viewing lake activity. Duck and loons are in the area and are fun to watch. The whole house AC is a special treat on hot, humid nights. The owner provides 2 kayaks, and a canoe as well as a dock to moor your boat. The house was spotless and the kitchen has everything you would need. There is a glassed in porch for dining as well as an...

"Kyle’s cabin is in an ideal location right on the Crooked River. It’s just five minutes from Sebago Lake State Park, where we took full advantage of the boat ramp and beach several times during our stay. The cabin is also conveniently close to the Naples Causeway, which offers a great variety of restaurants, shops, and fun activities for all ages. "

"Great place very convenient to everything!! House was beautiful. Perfect for our group of 20. We had a few adults (50-60) and mostly people 21-30. Rooms were very nice and quiet. Great kitchen and eat in dining area. Great outdoor area for lawn games, fire and jacuzzi. Reservation and check-in was easy and the host was easy to deal with. "

"I stayed here with my 8 year old grandson. We were comfortable and felt safe. I was concerned before I got there about feeling safe. The treehouse is up the hill from the office and the owners live there by the office and work hard at keeping the property safe and well groomed. The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable."
