"We booked this property on our way to Toronto, and it was perfect for a short stay. The property was clean and spacious for our family. The best touch is that the host left a lot of ice cold bottled water in the fridge for us. In a hot summer like this, this was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again."

"The location was great as our son is at SUNY Polytechnic. The drive to campus, and other locations in Utica, were all about (10) minutes from everything. The space is comfortable for no more than two people. Michael, the host, was easy to communicate with via the VRBO app or email. The floor of the shower was a little "squishy". Otherwise, it worked for the two day visit to the area. Thanks!"

"The property was nice n clean. But check in was difficult. We were in t property around 4:30pm on a hurry to check in n change for a wedding, but it came out we couldn’t get in , cause t host forgot we r coming n didn’t prepare t place. Other than that problem it was quite good n well maintained place."
