"Wonderful place! Quiet and quaint. Great kitchen amenities and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. We even saw deer on the path to the lake. "

"We stayed 3 nites.This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Very clean, Perfect amount of space, we prepared dinner on the grill 1st nite and we used the kitchen stove the 2nd nite. We liked the screened in porch. Good hangout for us and the dog. My husbanc had the knowledge to run the generator, the battery pack and all the other ways to maintain a great stay. I we come around again we would definately stay again. Thankyou and Peace"

"The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. The communication was good when I was trying to book but when I was trying to move my booking over a day, I never heard back...

"The home is in great shape with a beautiful view of the lake. It is a little challenging to actually use the lake from here."

"This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. "

"Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us...

"It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again."

"Perfect place for 2 couples to stay the weekend while in town for the Boilermaker races. Great location. Home was very clean and tidy and kitchen had all the utensils you would need. Common areas were very spacious and the central AC is always nice in the summertime. The full bathroom was a little small for 4 adults to share, but serviceable over just a weekend. It would really be nice if there was a washer/dryer included, to wash those sweaty running clothes after the Boilermaker. But, we...

"Communication with our host prior to arriving, during our stay and upon leaving was wonderful. The home is well equipped, very comfortable and has luxury items that aren’t found in many VRBO‘s. Will definitely stay here again when in the area."

"The apartment was comfy and perfectly described. The neighbors were kind and offered suggestions around the city. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! "
