"Charming cottage, conveniently situated near Stonehenge and other related sites. It was a great base for us to explore the area. The cottage had all we needed to be comfortable - plenty of space, comfortable beds and well equipped. The village has a great pub (The Plume of Feathers). We were there on a Sunday evening when it is usually shut, but the landlord said he would open the kitchen just for us!! "Although the apartment was spacious and reasonably priced, there were a few negative points. There wasn't any light outside the entrance door to the block, so that in the dark it was impossible to see the key pad. Luckily I had a torch with me. We had to clean the kitchen with all of its utensils, bathroom and living area ourselves!!The portable heater would only work on low!
