"Not sure how to even say all this. I was Supposed to stay 4 nights at the house, I paid for 4 nights ,there was a confusion about the check in day. I was supposed to check in on Thursday and spend 4 nights , only stayed 3 because owner wanted me to pay another night. The home is not safe for children. There are open steep stairs that lead to the bedrooms with a VERY shaky railing. THE TOP FLOOR IS OPEN AND OVERLOOKS THE DOWNSTAIRS , there are shaky loose iron rails that keep you from falling...

"This house is absolutely gorgeous and the spaces for the most part were curated well. The price was very reasonable. The communication with the host was quick. While we appreciated the items above we had a few issues with the description of the listing. The largest issue was that online it appears you are renting a whole house which is why we chose to rent with this host. We wanted our privacy and not to be in an apartment . "Stayed here with my husband, our three kids and their friends. Us with 6 teenagers 17-19 years old and not once did we feel like we were on top of eachother. 20 minutes to Laconia, 30 to Weirs Beach and Concord. The boys had a great time fishing off the dock. Within 30 minutes they had hooked 2 fish. The house is very confortable and spaciois. Loved every minute of our time there. Thank you for sharing."

"We stay. In Alton Bay each year for a couple of concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford. We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. "While the weather turned a bit cold and windy. It was a great stay to unwind from a tough year. The fireplace was fantastic and so were the restaurant recommendations by the owner. Would definitely like to enjoy the property when it's warmer out to enjoy the outdoors more."

"Overall we had a really nice stay and enjoyed our time in Barnstead The lights were a bit tricky and would suggest updating the welcome book with clearer instructions. "

"We loved staying here! The cabin was so cute and perfect for the 3 of us. We enjoyed playing the out door games, and the location was great! The shower house was nice and clean, we like the coffee spot. Next time we hope to stay longer and enjoy a boat rental! Thank you! "
