"The room is fine. The people on site are nice. Do not buy parking from a third party vendor. And whatever you do, don’t leave anything in the room. I left an Apple Watch in mine and did not get it back. Plus, after you leave, the people you text aren’t as nice anymore. Oh, and if there is anything wrong with your TV, it takes hours for someone to come in and fix it. I, personally, would never stay here again."

"The location of the hotel allowed us to walk everywhere in downtown St. Paul. Our room was unique and had views of two beautiful churches, the light rail and also the state capital. The breakfast was a thoughtful arrangement of foods including soy milk which delighted me! The downstairs bar was a nice spot to sit and relax with friends.
The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!!"

"The St. Paul is a nice hotel—though in need of a refresh. The bathroom amenities are nice, the rooms are decently-sized, there is a small side fridge next to the minibar.
Staff are really where the hotel shines. Front door staff—James—are responsive and helpful. The front desk staff are also willing to help with requests. The hotel had five weddings while I was there, but I would have had no idea—nice and quiet.
But the rooms are a bit dated. I heard a refresh is coming, but it is a bit...
