"I stay here everytime I come to visit my daughter and this is really the first time ive had a complaint. I had two rooms for this trip.And both of them smelt very bad. "

"We booked this hotel based off of the reviews and it didn’t miss! Incredibly clean, the staff is so friendly, the breakfast was bomb and well kept. Can’t beat the value! And the drive to the city was not bad at all in the mornings that we stayed. Would stay here 10 out of 10 again!"

"Excellent room, dining was very nice (great apply, walnut and beet salad at the restaurant and great beer options), nice and attentive staff. Could grab a water downstairs at any time and the options to find a space to hang with a colleague to chat were ample. "

"The gal that checked us in was very sweet and helpful. The suite was very office-like and cold but the bed warm and comfortable. But I found hairs in the bathroom and the kitchen which I find gross. Breakfast was great - make your own fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, pastries and breads, and fresh fruit. Didnt make it to the pool."

"The stay was ok, no complaints. My initial room smelled like sewage but they immediately changed my room. My only real complaint is the breakfast was horrible. I have never tasted waffle mix so disgusting. It had kind of a sour taste to it, like you brushed your teeth and ate something directly after. Other than that, no major issues"

"It is very loud with kids, teens, and adults running the halls and screaming on phones. Rooms are dated as are appliances. Streaming is slow. Not a home away from home unless you live in apartments with tons of kids. "

"The rooms were clean but very dark, the breakfast was very good!! The hot tub was very dirty, near the corners you could see a layer of dirt around the bubbles. "

"This is my favorite place to stay when we visit family in Chicago. The staff is always so nice and helpful when checking in and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The property is well taken care of and peaceful. Would recommend this place always! "
