"Had a wonderful stay here. The staff were consistently friendly and kind the entire 7 days I was there. Very clean and the food was excellent. The pool area is lovely and the hotel is close to the tram and to the beach - could quickly walk over."

"I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do."

"The One bedroom deluxe room advertised indicated a computer desk was provided as an amenity. This is apparently not standard - and the listing on Expedia needs to be updated. Other than that - the property well appointed and was really clean where it counted - bedroom, cupboards, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen and super clean fridge. The location is fantastic, and I would consider staying there again based on the hotel and standard of cleanliness. Staff...

"The two-bedroom ocean view unit was fantastic with sweeping ocean views. We would love to stay again. The standout for our stay was the customer service and responsiveness of the reception staff who took care of us during our one-night stay. The room was also spotlessly clean, which is a credit to the cleaning staff."

Not having a front desk was no issue at all - staff were super responsive via chat/message and everything was explained very clearly. They do ask people to leave luggage/unload at the front of property and then drive through to the back to park, but there is a door connecting the car park to inside the main building, so not sure why they do that. "Great rooms for a great price. Central to everything. Lifts take a very long time and are quite run down as is the rest of the lobby - however the rooms are nice. Being central to everything is great, however it also means it's quite noisy and loud. Wouldn't recommend for a family but okay for a couple or friends attending something nearby."
