"Beautiful mountain view from the front porch! We saw lots of deer. The beds were comfortable! It has a really nice fireplace that was easy to turn on/off. We spent a day at Tweetsie Railroad for Heritage Weekend which was 30 miles away from the cabin. We traveled to Mt. Airy to visit the home place of Andy Griffith which was one and a half hours away. We didn't bring pets but it is pet friendly and would consider it for another stay."

"Had a truly wonderful girls weekend at the TREE HOUSE!! Such a special place - comfy beds, beautiful lighting, artwork, cozy blankets galore. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Loved the baked goods upon arrival. We will definitely be back!!!"

"We had a fantastic time during our stay while going to the antique festival. The house was exceptionally clean and very nice and comfortable and the area was so quiet. We got to spend some quality time with my son and his wife and had a great weekend. Can’t say enough about our hosts they were extremely nice and very easy to deal with. Great little house for a getaway, highly recommend."

"So relaxing! We loved this cabin. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a long weekend. My husband and I and our two dogs had a fabulous time. We roamed the vast yard and played in the creek. The road to get there is a bit twisty but was still close for us to visit our son at App State. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. This would be a great place for adults to relax or families with kids to play. It was perfect for our dogs. Would not hesitate to...

"I had a wonderful stay here! It really is extremely cozy with amazing views. Drinking our coffee on the deck looking out is such an incredible experience. The place was very clean with tons of amenities. I didn't try every bed but the king bed on the main floor was very comfortable. We had plans to go explore during our stay but we wound up staying at the cabin the whole time because we were having such a great time relaxing. I would definitely go back! "

"Beautiful property, host was great. Very much pet friendly. We had an amazing stay it was so relaxing. The WiFi never had an issue but cell service is non existent lol. You can hear the stream as soon as you get out of your car, definitely would recommend!"

"Happy Trees is a beautiful cabin and a great place to stay if you are looking to get away. We wentfor the 4th of July, and enjoys fireworks and parade in Boone. There was food delivery which was great after being out all day. I would definitely recommend this cabin to any family or even just a couple looking to log out."

"OFF THE GRID. 1 mile driveway leads to your own personal mountain cottage right next to a beautiful creek with three waterfalls house is well appointed even some extra kitchen items that were super helpful during our stay. Driving back out to the grocery store is a solid 45 minutes thank you so much for the coffee filters, salt and pepper, extra seasonings, no dishwasher, except for yours truly, but all other kitchen appliances provided were amazing. Bidets in both bathrooms should be mentioned...
