"Staff especially front desk very helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Parking was easy. Didn’t use any facilities. Appreciated Tim Tams! I like a property if no balcony but the windows open a little. Location was good."

"Was very clean and convenient, the beds were extremely comfortable and I slept amazing. Despite being right next to a busy road the noise isn’t a problem. There’s a bus stop less than two minutes away so very easy to get to the city. There are no lifts so be mindful of which floor you get put on if you need assistance with accessibility. "The property is conveniently located near many Brisbane suburbs. But if you have anything you want to do in the city center, it's best to take a commuter train in. As for the room itself, it was clean-ish, but the carpet was sticky. The bed was fine. There's a very basic suburban bar attached to the hotel with decent food. The staff of the hotel are all super friendly."

"Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next."

"Clean room ,the mini kitchen was nice and clean as well ,i had a spa in my room that was lovely and undercover parking as well I could not fault the motel at all. The staff that I spoke too were very nice as well."

"Excellent location - easy check in and nice big apartments. There was a strong smell when we checked in and we had to open all the windows to get it to go - probably one of the cleaning products as the flat was nice and clean. Was ok and fit for purpose for what we needed"

"Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. They were still there when I returned from the local pub. You are supposed to aspire to something adult, young lady (bar manager) and being a Karen is not being adult."
