"We stayed for my Bachelor trip and it was a very good location regarding the casinos which is what we mainly visited for. The house was awesome and the backyard and river access was a huge plus. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area near Foxwoods or Mohegan"

"Jenny,Chris, and their son were super friendly and communicative. I really enjoyed my stay. Jenny allowed me to check in early and add an extra night. The boat was spacious and comfortable for two people. The only critic is the boat could use some detailing (this is coming from my boat detailing Boyfriend). The boat was clean but with a good detailing it can be perfect thanks Jenny and Chris. "

"Easy check-in, good host. SUPER close to Foxwoods - we would definitely stay again. The lake/pond was nice for kayaking."

"Cottage is larger than it appears in the pictures. Host was very responsive. Marina next door has friendly staff with easy and delicious food options. Great spot from which to explore the area!"

"It was a cozy, peaceful retreat. Our host was exceptionally nice and made sure to provide everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. The house was in a great spot that it was only a short jaunt in any direction to the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.The porch swing was my favorite part!"

"We had a wonderful stay in a great location. Bright and clean room and bathroom. The property manager was so sweet and attentive. Always responded right away. Delicious restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay again. "

"Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place! "

"We visited here for a weekend in the Mystic area. Our daughter joined us for an evening and the home was cozy and comfortable for 3 adults. The check in process was seamless and communication with the host was always timely. They thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and everything was within arms reach. The home is located in a great spot and enabled us to enjoy many surrounding areas. Pawcatuck/Westerly, Mystic, Watch Hill... all were very close so this was a perfect base of...

"Wonderful view, cute cabin, very comfortable. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Nice quiet respite on the lake! "

"The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a fantastic stay at "The Wakefield". Our extended family of 15 people from ages of 18 to 90 and two small dogs had a fabulous time. The location was fantastic. It is within a couple blocks of downtown Wakefield with its cute shops, art studios, WWII museum and Brinkley's ice cream and it is just a half-hour to Newport for fun day excursions, and within 10 minutes to some wonderful RI Beaches.
