"Friendly and attentive staff greeted us. The room was wonderful, I was especially impressed by the mini-kitchen with 2 burner stovetop and fully equipped for light cooking. Everything is in top condition. We enjoyed complimentary Netflix being provided. Good bus connection from downtown and easy walk to Parnell restaurants. We were just here overnight before taking the Northern Explorer but would definitely stay here again for a longer visit."

"We were visiting relatives in this area, so the proximity to family was very handy. The accommodation is near major Motorway and off ramps. We knew this before booking so didn't bother us much, but could for others. The room we booked was spacious, clean and had everything we wanted. The kitchenette was well stocked. It is walkable to Manukau shopping centre, but just be aware lots of traffic to navigate. Friendly helpful staff. Parking available at $15 per night (if not a member of ALL Hotel...
