"This spot was ideal for us. Beauty, privacy, quiet, comfort. We used it as a base camp for exploring the Adirondacks. Felt remote but nearby North Creek had everything we needed. We had glorious weather and were outside most of the time, but the cabin was big enough for reading and playing games if we had needed to be inside more."

"Had a great stay. The original booking had a loft and wasn't handicap accessible, so we switched to another cabin on the property. The new cabin had a couple steps up, and a small front porch. A rail would have been nice, but we made it work. It was charming, cozy, warm, clean, quiet, and private with a nice bathroom and hot shower. The kitchen was great, I cooked breakfast and a roast chicken and baked some apple turnovers. We had a nice campfire under the stars. We had a nice view and enjoyed...

"We had a wonderful time! Charlie and Yolanda were our hosts and they were amazing!There were 10 of us staying at the house and never once did we feel crowded. The home is exactly as pictured. We were also very thankful that we were able to bring our 2 dogs. The yard was totally fenced in and the dogs had as much fun as we did. The weather was a bit cool but the pool was 84 degrees and one of the highlights of our trip. The grandkids had a blast. The hot tub was a treat as well. You are close...

"We absolutely loved our stay in the cabins! They were warm and cozy, making for an amazing experience. Being by the river was incredible - falling asleep to the sound of the water was pure bliss. "My family and I took our first ever family vacation to this location, and we cannot say enough how wonderful our stay was. The house was absolutely stunning from inside out, and coming in the fall was an amazing time to spend in Lake George. The house on the outside had two beautiful brooks and an amazing fire pit that we utilized most nights under the stars, and the inside was spacious enough to hold 8 people and not be on top of each other. "First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!"
