"Parking was good, no issues. The little red headed girl at the front was so sweet and helpful. The room was clean and just what we needed after the concert. I did notice some building issues. One was the elevator, the panel was loose and missing some screws. The second thing is the shower curtain rod is installed incorrectly. When you try to shut the curtain it just slides down to the middle and water goes all over the floor. I think maybe the maintenance folks need a install video or maybe...

Cons: front desk staff failed to inform us of amenities available like pool/bar hours, available bikes to checkout, etc. Ordered room service to which the order was taken incorrectly (they wrote down the wrong room). Called them back regarding the food over an hour later and they bought us the food...

Sausage patties and links, scrambled eggs and omelets, sausage gravy and biscuits, oatmeal with trimmings, fruit, juices, milk, coffee, bagels, breads for toaster, pancake maker, and cinnamon rolls!!!!!!!! At one point she said 2 then 3 and finally a nice man said it's technically four even thought the website says three. That same confused girl also kept deactivating my room key. We're checking out and wanted to make sure we got everything out of the room and when we went upstairs to check the room key didn't work. She claimed she thought we were done and...

"Staff very professional and responsive. They could improve on the general services such as routine housekeeping, which the guests pays a few upon request. Also, linen not replaced daily or cleaned. Guest has to clean, replace, or request new linen to get it. Ok stay, with room for improvements. Thx for your hospitality. "
