"everything about our day was pretty good. The only issue we had was when we got there after 3 o’clock our room was still not clean. We had to wait about a half hour to get into our room. So we were unable to check in until about 4 PM. so we had to sit in the lobby for about an hour.Yes, it was a minor inconvenience, but not enough for me to take away a star. "The room needs the bathroom door knob fixed. My mom was stuck in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The tv remote needed new batteries We needed an extra comforter for my daughter and never received one as well as extra sheets for the crib."
