"Booked room about 3 Weeks ago for a comedy show in the area...the day of the show...go an email from the hotel saying "the elevator" was down...thinking it might be working in time for check-in...get to the hotel just to find out the elevator been down since October 25'..this should've been know well before check-in date...so now it's either go pay 3x as much for a close hotel or walk up 3 flights of steps because no one in the area has rooms available...VERY POOR MANAGEMENT 😡😡😡‼️"

"The room was clean for the most part despite the appearance throughout the hallways. I was a bit skeptical but it served the overall purpose. I was only in town for a night. Toiletries were subpar and the water backed up in the sink. The Jed was comfortable. "

"Everything was fine except the pool & hot tub were closed for repairs which really disappointed our granddaughter. The plans were that she would come over & use the pool with Grandma & Grandpa while we were visiting. "

"I did NOT stay there. The property is run down, I was given 2 different rooms and both were very poor. The bathrooms were disgusting, tubs were moldy. The first room #301 bathroom looked like a child was repairing the caulking and grout. Unbelievable how poor this property is. "

"We stayed 7 nights. 3 days in a row our room was not serviced by housekeeping. We told the front desk every day and was assured it would be serviced each day but it was not. The housekeeping paperwork said we had DND tag on door but that was not true. I think they had staff issues. After speaking with GM it was finally serviced. "

"During my stay, several issues affected the overall experience. The room was not clean. The bed sheets had visible stains, and the bathtub curtain showed signs of mold. Additionally, the heater in the room was not turned on, which was especially concerning given that the outside temperature was approximately 18 degrees. Breakfast was advertised; however, the available options were very limited. When we arrived, only toasted bread was available. The juice machine was out of order, and although...

"The location and the outside area felt sketchy. Still thought we would give it a chance. The lobby looked nice. The room looked nice, however, there were ants in the bathroom and the blankets were stained. We decided right away that we just werent going to stay there. I went and checked out after only being there for 15 mins. When i told the guy at the front desk that we weren't going to stay and why, he didn't say anything, just checked us out on the computer and told me have a nice day."
