Troba hotels a North Park Care Center, Cleveland i rodalia a partir de 59 €

"My room was fine..average, I'd say, at best. The staff were all great. Parking was easy, and the hotel is very convenient. The ad I saw said "full breakfast," so I imagined it would be at least as good as I'm used to. But most breakfasts offer potatoes, and since I don't eat eggs, dairy or meat, I miss the potatoes when they aren't there. But there were bagels, english muffins, and bread with peanut butter and jams, as well as cereal with almond milk. So I didn’t go hungry. Check in and...

"1st the lady at check in was nice but seemed like I was a bother when checking in room was dusty trash behind the dresser and under the bed carpet in room was stained toilet was stained I went down to the office several times to exchange towels but keep getting told to come back later so ended up not getting fresh towels The whole time I was there and had borrowed some from a local friend room was never touched the whole week I was there I had water leaking down the cabinets from the room...

"The room I had was clean and had some recent upgrades. A couple of notes: 1) the new paint in the bathroom couldn't cover up the so-so condition of the walls underneath. The tile, fixtures, and flooring in the bath were good though. 2) there were only 2 outlets available for the TV, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot to share so only 2 of them could be plugged in at a time. 3) there is also a shortage of outlets available in the rest of the room for chargers, etc. All in all, the room was...

"ROOM WAS GREAT, LOCATION GOOD, CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST LACKS SELECTION"

"Bathroom super clean. Toilet was sealed to indicate its cleanliness."

"Very clean beds was comfortable"

"Clean rooms and friendly staff"

"Spacious and cleanliness of room. Friendly staff, location excellent for shopping and dining options. The only caveat was although credit card left for incidentals, unable to pay cash upon check in or check out for stay."

"Receptionist was not at counter upon check in and had to wait for some time for him to show up. Was told that we could only have one key card and that they didn't have enough of them to have a second one, but found one in the room left by previous guest. People in next room were overly loud into late in the night and no one answered when I tried to call the front desk. Ended up pounding on the wall. The pool was closed and when we inquired about it was not given a reason it was closed and it was...

"Staff was very helpful"

"The hotel is amazing. We travel with a cat. They treat you and your pet so friendly and thoughtful. The only complaint is they have a long counter in the bathroom area, but there is no outlets to plug in flat irons, hair dryer etc. Only outlet is the coffee pot or refrigerator plug. Not very convenient. Great stay, wonderful bartender!"

"They checked us into another guest room . They actually checked in two guest for one for the same room . I had to move myself to another floor. Then they decided to let me stay in a different room so I had to remove myself from the Different room. They assign me back to another room, but overall, after that, it is what it is, but won’t be going back. almost forgot I had to change my bed line myself due to the staff stating they can change the bed, but me and my family will have to leave out of...

"Got locked in and had to out an emergency exit room was not ready at check in time. Garrage gate would not work even though I purchased parking ahead of time them kept being told I would just have to use public parking could not leave and come back in car. Front door did not work with card. A lot of issues with maintance. Not impressed"

"This hotel is conveniently located for food. Our room wasn't the cleanest. Overall, it's still a good value."
