"This place is perfect for skiing at Sunday River! Our whole family (group of 10) fit comfortably in this place. We had the best time; relaxing in the hot tub after skiing all day and then making dinner and playing games. Would stay here again!"

"We had a great time for new years with a group of 24. There was plenty of room to spread out. Location of the home is fantastic for skiing at Sunday River. We were also very pleased with the cleanliness of the home and the snow removal service. A few upgrades to pots/pans and sleeper sofa are recommended but overall a fantastic stay."

"We had a great stay. However, we did not know it was so rocky and no beach area. Plus, we could not dock our boat @ the camp it was so shallow. The floors needed a good mopping. Everything else about the camp was wonderful and we had a great time. "

"Fantastic home on the side of the mountain with beautiful views of Sunday River Ski Resort. Plenty of room for our family. Our grandchildren enjoyed the family room downstairs while the adults enjoyed the upstairs family room upstairs with fantastic views. The kitchen area was spectacular with great views also. Property is well maintained. Fire pit and hot tub also provides spectacular views of the mountains. Kirk was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay in...

"House has beautiful views , plenty of beds and everything you need from glasses to pots, pans, etc. all the little touches like digital lights, fans and fireplace make it a great property. At dusk a fifteen minute tide up 17 almost guarantees moose sightings. Kids had a blast in the game room. Master bedroom with couch , loveseat and tv is the perfect parent escape at night . Would highly recommend this property "

"This place was great for our group of 4 young ski families. There was enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably and the in-law unit above the garage offered a quieter space to escape for a bit. The drive to Sunday River was an easy 10min, and the 3 car garage allowed all of us to park (and recharge) our cars easily. The driveway was in great condition and had been plowed thoroughly, so no one had trouble getting in or out. Happy we stayed here and would definitely return in the future...

"We really liked this unit for it's convenient location, just minutes to Sunday River. Our dog had a fantastic trip too playing in the large back yard and exploring the river behind the house. It was perfect for a quick ski weekend."

"Place was great. Good views, close to south ridge, Matterhorn, etc… hot tub and sauna are a great addition. However the check out time is a little early, which would be the only negative. However it’s at the top of a hill. Bring your 4x4 or you might have a problem in the winter. "
