"Over crowded parking, dirty room, hair in the bed… hair on shower walls and floor upon arrival. Only received clean towels 1 out of 4 days. Had to go to lobby and was informed of the “towel shortage” after postponing plans and having to drive to a store and buy towels we learn the Shower curtain ..."
