    Tilghman Lakes by the Sea is located across the street from the beach in the Ocean Drive/Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach and has easy access to the beach. These low-rise Quadplex are only three stories high on raised stilts providing parking underneath. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub (seasonal/not open all year) and grill area. Unit #H1 is located on the bottom (second) floor and features two large private decks with fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer, Flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms and living room. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to the Tilghman Lakes by the Sea. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for an additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.

VACATION 2023

Good room and nicely clean! Above owners were loud with walking, stomping, and etc. Also enjoyed talking to the owner of our unit as well. Will come back!

Enjoyable location

Property was as described in website. Location was across Ocean Ave from beach. It was a short walk to get to beach. The unit worked great for 6 adults. The only downside was the floors were not very clean. Guests needed to wear something on their feet at all times to avoid getting very dirty feet.

Great Beach Retreat

We had a great time in this lovely condo. It was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for anything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was so nice to have lots of room in the closets and drawers to store items. The open style dining / living room was so nice for gathering as we cooked. We wished it was cooler in the living room in the late afternoon (the afternoon sun heats this side of the condo), and we had to be careful to keep the shutters closed and the AC set lower to combat the heat. The location was very convenient for beach visits, as the complex is directly across from a handy public beach access. We were also close to shops and restaurants, but this area is not crowded due to so many private homes close by. We enjoyed our stay very much, and look forward to visiting again in the future!

We love H1 at Tilghman Lakes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So glad that the beds were made when we arrived. The convenience of the washer, dryer and the Keurig were great, too. Looking forward to 2022, staying here again.
