Book your 2026 vacation at our townhome. Enjoy the beach life. Safe Private Unit. We are booking up fast. Life is better at the beach. Ocean view and just steps away from the beach. Our two story 3-bedroom 2.5 bath Townhouse in North Myrtle on Crescent beach. Our home offers a safe environment with no public areas such as elevators and lobbies. We have a professional cleaning crew between all vacationers. Private walkway and free parking for 2 vehicles. Relax at our home away from home. Grab your beach towel and the relaxing ocean is just a few steps away, no streets to cross. Our home is a great home to stay at and just sit back and relax or explore the beautiful South Carolina North Myrtle beach area. Fun times for family and friends at the beach and close to golf. Our unique property sits Perpendicular to the ocean (please see map and the photos, front of building is not facing ocean.). We are unit A of a private 5-unit townhouse, and we have also own Unit B under VRBO 2102194. You and your friends and family could rent both units and be right next door. We allow small dogs (less than 40 lbs) upon approval. Our beach townhome' offers total relaxation with 3 Bedroom (all on 2nd floor) 2.5 bathrooms with 1,500 sq. ft. It is completely setup with all the comforts of home. We have central Air conditioning and heating. We have a complete kitchen fully stocked with tableware, cooking utensils, toaster and coffee maker. We have all new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Dining room that seats 6 and counter space that seats 2. We have a 50" flat screen TV and wireless internet. There is a half bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a king size, and the other 2 bedrooms have a queen size beds. We can accommodate sleeping for 6 comfortably. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs, one in the hall and one in the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has a TV. The master bedroom has a balcony that you can sit out on and view the ocean. Our townhouse is great for couples or families. Linens or towels are included with rental (Please bring beach towels). This is a non-smoking unit. Book now for your upcoming vacations. We do rent weekly or monthly, during the winter months. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months. You can check out our calendar to see the available weeks. Please see our reviews, we know you will love your stay as much as our other families. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age without an adult included in the booking. This is a family home. We are located at Longbay Landing. If you are having trouble viewing our calendar and pictures you may have to use Google Chrome.

Carol was a gracious host that was available and attentive to any and/or all of our needs. The property itself was more than accommodating, we honestly found everything we needed and more which made our stay quite enjoyable. Additionally, there are several places to shop and to enjoy a nice meal just minutes away from the home.We are looking forward to the opportunity to pay another visit. Would highly recommend this property.

This has been one of our favorite homes our family has stayed at in Myrtle over the past few years. The location is amazing and was steps away from the beach. We’re usually 1-2 streets back on past trips. It was so convenient if we needed to grab something from the house or let our dog out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. There were umbrellas out back which was great since we weren’t allowed to use the tent we brought on the beach. The balcony off the main bedroom was amazing for morning coffee. The street was very peaceful both morning and night. Carol was great and touched base with us before and after our trip, and let us know when the place was ready for us. We definitely would love to stay again!

Wonderful location, on the beach. Very clean and amenities just like home. I would definitely stay again. Out of the busy section of Myrtle Beach, quiet with restaurants nearby. Neighbors in adjoining units were great. Our dog had no trouble adapting.

Fantastic Stay!

Our family of 4 including two teenage daughters had a great stay at the property. The townhouse had everything we needed and it was easy to settle right in. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable with the balcony off the master bedroom just perfect! Having the half bath on the main floor was definitely convenient (with the other two bathrooms upstairs). And having the beach truly steps away was amazing. There were many beach chairs available. I would recommend bringing your own STURDY beach umbrella (cool cabanas and tents not allowed) as the winds the week we were there were significant. The house was convenient to grocery stores, miniature golf, restaurants, etc. Carol provided recommended restaurants and shopping spots which definitely helped orient us when we arrived. In general, Carol was very communicative and responded right away when we had a question. All in all, I highly recommend this property!

Senior Trip Memories!

This house was perfect for our family and celebrating our Senior that graduated high school this year. It was a perfect location and we will definitely be back, this house was a wonderful find. Carol was awesome and if I had any concerns (which I didn’t) she was a call or text away.

Great vacation spot, nice ocean view (especially from the upstairs master bedroom balcony). Easy check in process and clean. Beds were also comfortable. Convenient location to many restaurants and shopping. Would recommend!

Wonderful Visit!

We fell in love with this home! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. We did not even need to bring anything for the kitchen or bathrooms as all of the supplies and utensils/pots/pans were provided. A huge bonus was the beach equipment that came with the rental. Had several beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys for our toddler. Carol was also wonderful. She informed us that cleaning was done the prior day so we were able to check in before 4pm, which gave us almost an extra full day. We loved the location. Safe area and perfect view of the ocean. We will definitely be back soon!

A wonderful townhouse right on the beach. Great location, and none of the fuss of a big condo complex. Perfectly sized house for a family and a few doggies. Owner was in regular communication and wonderfully helpful.
