Great rental!

Very easy check-in process. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The great view of the beach is top notch. Comfy beds, clean linens, and plenty of kitchen supplies for a quiet dinner at home. Highly recommend!

Great location for individuals who may struggle with mobility

I was immediately drawn to this to this location for my family’s beach trip due to the location/ walk to the beach. My dad who struggles with mobility, was able to access the beach with great ease. The price for 3 bedrooms and 4 beds was great.However, we do have a couple of complaints/ suggestionscomplaints:The floor was disgusting upon arrival. It looked as if it hadn’t even been swept much less cleaned. There were crumbs and dirt sticking to our feet. My mother swept to make that better, but we still had to wear socks or shoes to walk around the condo to keep our feet from getting black. This may be trivial, but the towels left an enormous amount of white fuzz all over us and our clothes. It was annoying. Suggestions: One roll of toilet paper and two trash bags are not sufficient for a rental that holds 6 people. That’s a lot of tushies and trash. We have not stayed at a condo in the past 8 years that only supplied that much. For a quick beach trip and with all of us traveling in one vehicle, this was a huge inconvenience. We were able to use grocery bags as more trash bags, but I would suggest including at least more toilet paper. Easy suggestions are a full length mirror of some kind and a make up mirror in the bathrooms. Not so easy suggestions but were a huge deal to us. Ceiling fans/ lights. We understand limiting the AC to only 70 degrees, but no fans meant we burned up all night. No lights other than lamps were just annoying at times.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. It was the perfect place to enjoy our vacation and we would definitely book here again. Great location to the beach and to the main street area.

August 25th-30th

Our family of 5 stayed here a week and it was wonderful! The condo was very clean and kid friendly! It was also right on the beach which was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic view and location.

Very well appointed condo with fantastic balcony and view. Plenty of towels and bedding which was nice. Master toilet continued to run the when time (only reason I would even bring it up is that I read the same comment from a prior review and the management company has not yet fixed). Some of the dishes were dirty, but there definitely enough for us to do what we needed to do.

Beautiful location!

The condo has a beautiful waterfront view with easy beach access. It also has nice updates and for the most part had been cleaned except the floor. We had to wear shoes the entire time so our feet wouldn’t turn black. The kitchen had everything we needed. The master closet is locked so there isn’t a convenient area to store luggage. The furniture is worn and stained and we were hesitant to sit on anything. I was a little surprised that nothing is provided, including beach towels. I rented in Folly Beach last year and didn’t have to provide basics like toilet paper, etc. I’ve been told by others this is normal so perhaps I’ve just been lucky with my previous 6 other rentals. Overall I expected more for the price but we had a great time and loved the convenience of being on the water!

Beautifully decorated in a beachy style. Loved the balcony and the seating for its amazing views of the beach. Maintenance issues were promptly addressed and resolved. We stayed here for one week and had a great time with family! Thanks for the memories!

Great location, beach access and view

The property was well kept, very clean and had comfortable beds. If I had to improve on anything, I’d wish for some beach supplies as it’s hard/inconvenient to travel with them such as an umbrella, chairs, board, towels or rug. Also, basic condiments or kitchen supplies such as salt, pepper, coffee, sandwich baggies would be helpful.

Great condo and wonderful beach location/view!

My family of 5 had an amazing stay. The pictures were spot on for the condo and beach view/location. Being steps from the beach was perfect! And the beach was absolutely amazing! Perfect water, waves and sand! We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the beach front balcony. The pool came in handy to get out of the sun or rain. The condo itself was very clean on arrival. The kitchen had all necessary items as well. The Rokus in each room and the Alexa were an added bonus. All in all, it was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Perfect location

We had an amazing stay and loved the location! We’re a little worried about being up on 6th, but the beach was quiet, the traffic wasn’t terrible, and the ride to the attractions wasn’t too bad. The bedroom with two small beds was very tiny, but we made it work. Our family made lots of memories and we already miss the beach!

Anniversary trip

This Condo was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more. We've stayed in this building for the last 5 years and this was one of the nicest units! Love the area and loved all the improvements to the patio area! Will definitely stay again.

An oasis

What an amazing time we had staying in this unit. Super clean, thoughtfully and intentionally decorated, and exactly as advertised. The realty company was very responsive to all of our questions or concerns. We could not have asked for a better unit or experience. You won’t be disappointed!

Clean and comfortable

The condo is very clean which is very important to me. All of the beds were comfortable and the storage in each room was more than enough and the built ins were beautiful and functional. The location is perfect. We had a beautiful view of the beach out of condo and off the patio. The only thing that could have made this even better be to have a keyless check in although the rental office is located around the corner from the rental so it only took a few minutes to get the keys and get to the unit. (Also, you will need to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper as well as any spices you will need for cooking because there is not an extra supply left in the unit but that was not an inconvenience for us. )

Good condo, but loud

The condo was comfortable and clean. Great views. The biggest downside was the road traffic was extremely loud in the back bedrooms, as well as being able to hear loud voices in neighboring condos and outside. A good stay, but we'd probably look for something different if we returned to this area.
