Ocean front in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, this luxury condo has it all and has been completely renovated in the fall of 2020. Be pampered with the best nights sleep on the Swedish DUXIANA mattress topped with fine French or Italian linens. The master bedroom has a King 6006 DUXIANA bed and the guest room has a King 1001 DUXIANA bed. Flat screen tvs throughout. Enjoy plush luxury bath linens as well as the provided personal amenities from around the world. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. The area offers some of the best restaurants on the east coast or you can go to the local fish market and cook in the fully equipped kitchen or HOA grill pool side. You may never want to leave!

Master Bed Rm - King 6006 DUXIANA bed, 55" Super Ultra HD Flat Screen Smart TV, on-suite luxury bathroom with shower, vanity and lighted mirror medicine cabinet. All new privacy/blackout powered Hunter Douglas blinds. Beautiful built-ins for your clothing with smart lighting.
Guest Bed Rm - King 1001 DUXIANA bed, 20" Flat Screen TV, with adjoining full bathroom with tub, shower, vanity and lighted mirror medicine cabinet.
Family Rm - 180 degree sweeping views of the Atlantic ocean, 65" Super Ultra HD Flat Screen Smart TV with sound-bar & sub-woofer, and Alexa puck. New pull out Queen sleeper sofa and two comfortable club chairs. All new privacy powered Hunter Douglas blinds.
Dining area - teak table seats up to 6. Kitchen bar area seats 4. All new privacy powered Hunter Douglas blinds. Ceiling fan.
Open fully equipped Kitchen, with granite counters and glass tile backsplash.
Full size Washer and Dryer, with everything you need.
Wrap around Ocean front balcony with two Adirondack chairs.
Guest access:
Guest have access to the entire condo less the owner's closet, located in the hall and 1 kitchen cabinet. Guests will have access to the ocean front pool. Guests have access to free parking on site with overflow parking across the street. New elevator installed December 2017. All luxury bed & bath linens, beach towels & chairs, bathroom, kitchen and laundry amenities provided. Just bring your wine and swim suits.
Interaction with guests:
Once guests are booked they will have access to owners thru provided email and cellular numbers.
Other things to note:
Prior to check-in the guest will receive a code to access the front door using the August lock system.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property over July 4th weekend. It was clean and had great lay out for our family of 4.The weather was not great so we spent a little more time inside than planned and found the space comfortable and roomy for us. Convenient and close to local attractions. Beautiful ocean front view with nice patio to relax and enjoy a drink or coffee. We would love to come back!

Perfect Beach Experience

This property was wonderful. Updated decor and amenities did feel like pure luxury! The view of the beach and ocean were beautiful. Only feet away from the beach and one floor up, setting up for a day at the beach was a breeze. Neal even offers chairs and umbrellas to borrow! Everything was prestigiously clean when we arrived and so welcoming. Parking was not an issue at all, plenty of space and we were even there the week of 4th of July. Only minutes to many shops and restaurants, the location was great as well. The building felt safe and secure, everyone we encountered in the building was so friendly. We have already recommended Neal and his condo to our friends and wouldn’t think twice about booking here again. Look no further, you won’t find a better place to stay.

Great Family Vacation!

This was our second stay at this condo! Absolutely beautiful! We love the property and the area as well. It's not overly crowded or busy. The people and other guests were super friendly also. The condo is setup perfectly. The views from the living/dining/kitchen area are my favorite - & the balcony too! I even saw dolphins early one morning while eating breakfast on the balcony, which was so neat and calming. Thank You again Neal and Tanda for allowing us to make some more fun family memories at your condo! Neal was great to work with!

Vacation beach stay

The host Neal was fast to getting in touch with and nice person. Very clean, beautiful place especially the shower, and a great balcony view of the beach. Only issue was with the temperature gauge and setting the temperature but we got it to working. Definitely, coming back again.

Perfection!

I have never had such an easy booking. These owners are out of this world. They sent us information about the area, recommendations of food and drink and entertainment. You don’t need a key. We were able to come and go just with a code on the door. That made going up and down to the pool or the beach so simple. The pool is clean. Everyone in the entire condo unit was so kind and considerate. The apartment itself is perfection. Extremely updated and clean. Checking in and checking out was a dream. The washer and dryer made her stay even better. We cooked we played , and made some killer memories.

Heavenly Vacation Stay

My husband and our two children (aged 9 and 11) had the pleasure of staying in this luxurious condo for the weekend of June 30-July 3. The stay was an absolute joy!!! I could not recommend the property enough, and would venture - if you are reading this and other reviews for this space, stop and book. The rooms were all spacious, and offered luxurious bedding and mattresses for a fantastic weekend of rest. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms, complete with plenty of towels, blankets and travel items for easy use. The open kitchen-dining-family space gave you a spectacular view of the ocean at all points. The view is seriously to die for! When we weren't enjoying the ocean waves from the inside, we were on the balcony. There is simply no bad view here! The location is incredible for all Myrtle Beach attractions. It is centrally located for North Myrtle shopping and restaurants yet still easy to get downtown and to the airport. The condo building itself is wonderfully quiet! We had adequate parking at all times (on a holiday weekend no less). The children enjoyed the private pool, while still having easy access to the beach. Everyone we met was welcoming and warm. I could not recommend this property more, and we very much would check here first when we next return!

Beautiful Condo with an Amazing View!

My family and I enjoyed our first vacation to North Myrtle Beach! And the place you stay can make or break a vacation - and this condo definitely made for an awesome vacation!! The beds were super comfortable and felt like we all got a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are set up very nicely. The defogging mirrors are a great addition in the bathrooms and mirror lighting was very good. The kitchen has a great set up and plenty of utensils, plates, and cups. The living area is beautiful with gorgeous window views of the beach and ocean. The furniture is comfortable and there was enough seating for all 5 of us. This condo is the cleanest rental we have stayed in! The pool is nice, clean, and kept up. The short walk from the condo to the beach was an added bonus! Neal is super easy to work with and would reply in a timely manner if I had any questions. Thank You Neal for allowing my family to make some fun and great memories at your beautiful condo!!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I stayed here for a few days over spring break week. The condo was beautiful, upscale and provided everything we needed. It is in a great location and had an amazing view, and steps away from the beach. The beds and shower was wonderful as well. We really liked this location and it was convenient to some wonderful places to eat. Neal, the owner is a great host. He provided communication throughout, is very kind and provided his contact information to make himself readily available to us. We did have issues getting the tv in the 2nd bedroom to work, and couldn’t resolve it. Other than that, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely plan to stay here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach. Note: Pest control stopped by for scheduled maintenance and he told us out of all the units her services, this condo is the nicest, and most upgraded he has seen. We were glad to get that confirmation that we we were in the best place.

Very nicely renovation and immaculately clean.

Our trip was a summer send off surprise for our daughter. And this condo was the perfect place. Beautiful renovations, super clean, steps from the beach, killer views, and basically anything you need for day to day life on the beach was included. Wonderful memories, gorgeous location, just and all over great experience.

Amazing property and amazing owners

The experience was great, the great view and property was a blessing. The easy access to the beach and I especially loved the powered black-out curtains that make it exceptionally easy to sleep. The owners are quite friendly and always available at any point if you have any questions or issues! I would definitely recommend and stay again! 15/10

Fantastic!

This is a beautifully renovated condo just steps away from the beach. We did not want for anything! The kitchen had absolutely everything needed to bake/cook. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, gorgeous smelling shampoos/conditioners. The beds were very comfortable. The location is absolutely fantastic! The balcony looked over the water and i could have sat out there all morning/evening breathing in the salty ocean air. Location is walkable to the many restaurants and shops. Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels were available for us to use. There was plenty of room for our family of four. It was difficult to leave at the end of our week stay. We are already planning our return trip and plan on staying at this beautiful property again..

Absolutely loved our stay in this condo overlooking the ocean. Spent hours on the balcony people watching and listening to the ocean. Lovely beachside condo with all you need to switch off and relax. Short driving distance from shops/restaurants/golf courses. Will definitely be back again!!!
