Dirty floors

Cleaning service doesn’t clean under anything. Floors were very dirty and we found roaches as well as diabetic needles in the kitchen. When they came to recleen the floors, a set of AirPods went missing.

Great location and view, poorly maintained

This house is in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean and a nice private pool which made it such a shame that the property was dirty and poorly maintained. The house has a good layout and updates in the kitchen and bathrooms, but there was mold and mildew in all the showers, drain flys coming out of one of the showers and a layer of dirt on everything. An outside light above the pool was hanging off the house with wires exposed, holes in many window screens and loose boards and rails on the porch and deck. I hope this property can get the care it needs, it could be a great house.
